All parts shall remain the property of SF Inc. until paid for in full. Due to the prices of importing and current prices abroad, our prices fluctuate with the European exchange rate. Items ordered in from Europe or abroad will have an added accessorial charge for broker and customs. This charge will be added once the item arrives from Europe or abroad.Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold seperately.
Damage/Shortage Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. We do require a damage claim number that the customer obtains from the carrier. To obtain this damage claim number, call the shipping carrier, Example(UPS 1-800-742-5877). You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, contact SF inc. All claims must be initiated by the client. All packing materials must be kept by the recipient so they can be investigated by the carrier. SF Inc. accepts zero responsibility for clients and/or customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. Do not use or install merchandise until inspected by shipping carrier. SF Inc. shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate ONLY. SF Inc. can not be held responsible, for late shipments or containers being held in customs, or acts of God. All Merchandise that leaves our warehouse has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed to ensure safe transit. We insure all packages that leave our facility to protect our customers. Law states that carrier assumes responsibility for its safe delivery. Therefore all claims are to be made to the carrier first.
RETURNS: Strictly Foreign distributes only the highest quality merchandise. Your satisfaction is important to us. Allowable returns are accepted up to 14 days from date of purchase and may be exchanged subject to the following conditions:
(1) All returns must be marked with an authorization number from Strictly Foreign (2) Special Orders (Personalized, Styling, and parts ordered from Germany warehouses must be paid in full at time of order. There will be no cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges on these items. (3) Discontinued items or Blow out items are sold As-Is and are not returnable (4) All returns must be in new condition and in original packaging. Aerodynamic parts are not retunable.All approved returns with RGA #'s must be returned prepaid. (5) Any refused shipment sent back to Sf inc does not consitute the right of refund or credit. It is the company policy to charge customer freight charges associated with the refused shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products returned (6) All merchandise returns are for credit towards future purchases only. refunds not authorized (7) No mounted wheels will be authorized for return.. always test fit.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will Strictly Foreign Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from possession, use or malfunction of any products sold or picked up at Strictly Foreign Inc. We make no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Certain Headlights are not Dot Approved. We sell many aftermarket German lighting that is TUV approved but not Dot approved. Please check your local laws for such items.
Some items listed on the website are intended for off road use only. Strictly Foreign Inc. does not make any claims of street legal use of these products which are not intended for use on public roads. User assumes all costs and risks associated with these and all other items. All materials provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement.
In no event will SF Inc. be liable for any damage whatsoever (including without limitation damages relating to lost revenues or profits, lost hardware, vehicle immobilization, vehicle failure or malfunction) resulting from any way related to use of any products, materials posted on or made available on this website or any other website to which a link is provided or on which a link is provided to this website, even if SF Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory on which such damages are based. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines Strictly Foreign Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature/God. All Aerodynamic kits are only recommended and legal for Off road use only. Buyer understands that all (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory lights or blinkers. Aero components require some prep work before painting we are not responsible for any extra-incurred fees, material fees, and storage fees for unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop / technician install and paint (aero components) for factory or show quality look.
Warranty: No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All products/merchandise sold by SF Inc. is only subject to the manufactures warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacture for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of product/merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights and bulbs, decals and electrical parts.

Shipping and Handling Terms: SF Inc. reserves the right to change shipping method selected upon customer checkout to "best way available" from shipping point to customer.
Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only. Please be aware that many items are imported from overseas which sometimes causes delays or even backorders for us and their respective North American distributors. Most bumpers and styling parts are coming from German Manufacturers. These containers from Europe can take aprox. 4-6 weeks. Please also be aware that many items ship directly from the product's US manufacturer or distributor and may not always ship from us. This is done to provide the quickest delivery and service to you.
